- 👉 В роли актёров массовки и консультантов выступали бывшие «морские котики» (в прошлом – военнослужащие подразделения Сил специальных операций ВМС США), т.к. режиссёру Жану-Франсуа Рише хотелось, чтобы экшен-сцены смотрелись как можно более реалистично. Он нанял Реми Аделеке и Пита Скобелла (оба – бывшие «котики», имеющие опыт работы в кинематографе) тренировать актёров и координировать исполнение трюков. Они же появились на экране в эпизодических ролях и в массовке.
- 👉 В качестве основной съёмочной локации было выбрано Пуэрто-Рико из-за разнообразия ландшафтов, налоговых послаблений и наличия под рукой требуемого персонала и оборудования.
- 👉 Филиппинские законодатели заявили, что фильм оскорбляет их страну и порочит её репутацию, так что по решению местного дистрибутора в кинотеатрах на Филиппинах фильм не показывали. По мнению одного из сенаторов, фильм показывал Филиппины в дурном свете, как раз когда страна пыталась оправиться от пандемии ковида-19. Этот сенатор также заявил, что, раз уж продюсеры взяли на себя труд объявить, что фильм основан на вымышленных событиях, им не следовало заявлять, что действие фильма разворачивается на Филиппинах, и показывать, как жители острова якшаются с террористами.
